    How I'd Do My Career Change Differently

    Discover your healer archetype here In this episode, I get real about what I'd do differently if I started my career change today—no polish, just honest truth. What we cover: The Tuesday I quit my government job with no plan (and the terror that followed)Why endless research and "one more course" keeps you stuckThe 6-month roadmap I wish I'd hadMonth 1: Get brutally honest about what you actually want (not what sounds good) Month 2: Run messy experiments—coffee chats, small projects, real testing (clarity comes from action, not planning) Month 3: Build something simple while you still have income (one offer, basic online presence, actual conversations) Months 4-6: Plan your exit responsibly (save 3-6 months expenses, line up bridge work, set a real date) The truth: You'll never feel ready. The perfect time doesn't exist. But staying misaligned hurts worse than the discomfort of change. Action step: Pick ONE thing from this episode and do it this week. Not soon—this week.
