Consciousness, Connection & Yoga Sutras | All Is Yoga | Rima Rabbath, Monica Jaggi and Jaganath Carrera

In episode three of All Is Yoga, Rima Rabbath and Monica Jaggi sit down with Rev. Jaganath Carrera—revered teacher, scholar, and author of Inside the Yoga Sutras. The conversation begins with a look back: Rev. Jaganath shares his personal origin story, tracing his journey to the 1970s when a profound first encounter with Patanjali's Yoga Sutras sparked a lifelong devotion to the text. Rima, Monica, and Rev. Jaganath build a fascinating bridge between ancient philosophy and the modern frontier, tackling one of today’s most pressing questions: What is the true essence of consciousness? Together, they explore the difference between "processing power" and "awareness," and how to protect our human connection in an increasingly digital landscape. Jaganath Carrera is the founder and spiritual head of Yoga Life Society and its first Yoga Life Center in Woodland Park, NJ. He is a direct disciple of world-renowned Yoga master Sri Swami Satchidananda. He established the Integral Yoga Ministry and developed the highly regarded Integral Yoga Meditation and Raja Yoga Teacher Training Certification programs. Rima Rabbath & Monica Jaggi are Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teachers and co-founders of SOUK Yoga Studio in New York City. They studied closely with Sharon Gannon and David Life, and are now entrusted with carrying on the method’s lineage. Discover other books including Inside Patanjali's Mind by Jaganath Carrera, here.
