    Hey gals! I am back with another episode sharing my experience in pregnancy so far! I was meant to document my pre-conception preparation journey but after finding out I was pregnant, I will now be sharing everything I am doing including the model of care I've chosen, professionals I'll be seeing and how I have been feeling (physically and emotionally) in this first trimester! This was recorded a couple of weeks ago in my 8th week of pregnancy. I cannot wait to share with you the changes I will experience as I head into the second trimester. She has a passion for women's health education, especially in the pre and post-partum period. Dani tells us all about her pre-conception preparation, what she did in her pregnancy to prepare her mind and body for birth and choosing the right model of care for her. She talks about her marathon 3 day labour and what happened when she made the decision to transfer to hospital. We went over time chatting about her birth so we didn't have as much time to chat about her c-section recovery.
