    Cautious Clay and Soeuraya Wilson

Cautious Clay is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer based in Brooklyn.     Dr. Maya Kuczma and Tia Spowart

    Jaycee and Tia are joined by Dr. Maya Kuczma from her home in Vancouver. Dr. Kuczma is  a licensed Naturopathic Doctor at the Integrative Naturopathic Medical Center in Vancouver. She  has  a special interest in a functional medicine approach to treating autoimmune diseases.  She emphasizes identifying the root cause of disease and sourcing life-style based tools like nutrition counseling and nervous system regulation.
