Jason and I discuss all Mental well-being, support groups, fun stories, and the different coping mechanisms he has to get through as his therapist said "you are going to learn to sit in your shit"

    Lena Tice is a credit to Irish Sport Lena was a very young Irish Cricket Player, then went on to play Hockey for Leinster and Ireland. Our chat was very open and refreshing to hear Lena's spiritual beliefs. In every sport, there are highs and lows, its the way you mind yourself is the key. Ross openly chats to me about the challenges he faced, faces, and relationships that were damaged throughout his during with dealing with the addictions and also learning to live with having depression without having anxiety.
