    Episode #304: Pandering

    Konichiwa, true believers! We're back with our second installment of the year, and on the first try! Together, Bry-Bry, Tazer, and the Marvelous Iggy gather together before the grand poobah, Ben, departs to freeze his tuchus off in Chicago for C2E2! They discuss the news of the last several weeks: the full line-up of Giant-Size X-Men having been announced, Kurt Busiek's forthcoming series, The Marvels, and the new British superteam, The Union, spinning-out of Marvel's Empyre event; we talk about set photos from WandaVision and the addition of Carl Lumbly to Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and review the Age of Apocalypse line of action figures from Marvel Legends and the latest collaboration between Marvel Comics and... KISS? Then, in reviews, Ben reviews the first several issues of the Guardians of the Galaxy relaunch, Tazer is underwhelmed by the "pandering" of the Atlantis Attacks event, and Bry-Bry tackles the first issue of the new Wolverine ongoing. They talk about some recent solicitations for new series, including New Wartiors and X-Factor, dissect the trailers for both New Mutants and Morbius, Disney+ and Marvel's "Big Game" spot, and discuss Scott Derrickson's departure from Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness and the potential acquisition of another madman director: Sam Raimi. Meanwhile, in reviews, Tazer glimpses the end of magic in Doctor Strange: The End #1, and Bry-Bry observes the best kind of family feud in X-Men/Fantastic Four #1! Anyway, welcome to another episode of the Mighty Warrior Three Marvel Podcast, where Jon is missing following the latest giant monster attack, or something… Bry-Bry, the Marvelous Iggy, and Tazer all soldier on, though, and discuss the latest news: a rumored Ironheart series coming to Disney+, the first still images from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier- including our first look at Baron Zemo- and a few animated sequences from the upcoming What If? Series in Disney+. Then, in comic book news, we discuss the partnership with Japanese media to bring a new Ultraman series to Marvel Comics, we debate whether or not Jessica Drew’s child still exists with the announcement of a new Spider-Woman ongoing, the forthcoming Fantastic Four: Grimm Noir- and the return of Ben Grimm’s hat and trenchcoat- and the comic book series Marvel’s Voices, a companion series to Marvel’s Voices podcast! M.O.D.O.B. - which may take on an additional meaning by the end of this episode - wherein the Mighty Warriors Three each take turns ranking all 23 films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe from least favorite to most favorite! Which films do the Warriors consider the cream of the crop, and which films are scraping the bottom of the barrel? Some of the answers may surprise you!     The penultimate episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast prior to Episode No. 300, and we've come locked & loaded with an episode that'll make you think that this is an anniversary episode! The Marvelous Iggy, Bry-Bry, and Tazer all gather to talk about the recent solicitations for new Marvel THE END comic books, the Venom sequel coming together with cast and crew (and potential plot details?), and discuss the hiring of Kevin Feige, head of Marvel Studios, as Chief Creative Officer of Marvel Comics. What does it mean for the comic book product versus the theatrical productions? Tune in to find out! Meanwhile, in reviews, the Warriors gather 'round the table for a surreal family dinner as X-Men #1 is our Book of the Week!     Episode #298: NYCC 2019 Round-Up

    'Ey! We're walkin' here! We're walkin' up to a couple of microphones to bring you another episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! With the Marvelous Iggy away delivering spinning crane kicks into the faces of his enemies, Newsboy Bry-Bry is left to try and rein in the chaos created by Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon and Tazer, who do at least allow Bry-Bry to think clearly and consistently this time out... which is good, because it's time for another whirlwind comic book convention round-up as New York Comic-Con 2019 happened over the weekend, and there is news aplenty - mostly about comic books! Fancy that! We also touch upon some TV and movie news, but it is mostly comic book talk this time out. What a refreshing change of pace! Meanwhile, in reviews, Tazer takes us to his neck of woods with a review of Ghost Rider #1 and all the goings-on of Hell! Bry-Bry then catches us up on the latest in House of X and Powers of X as we approach the end of Hickman's set-up for th X-Men status quo moving forward!     Episode #297: Blacker than Black

    Yo, yo, yo, yo! Pop a 40 and check yo' Rollies! It's Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast time! It's a captain-less ship without our El Capitan, the Marvelous Iggy, a.k.a. Ben, and so First-Rate Newsie Bry-Bry tries to steer the ship on course against the heckles of both Tazer, and the triumphant return of Ol' Man Whirlyburger: Jon! Before we kickoff the news this we, Jon gets a chance to express some belated rage at the Sony/Marvel Studios/Spider-Man debacle, and we clock his reaction to the recent announcements out of D23 regarding Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, and She-Hulk - and he doesn't immediately suggest that Moon Knight will be cancelled! We then segue into talking about the announcement of the Marvel Comics event, INCOMING, and the rumor (we stress that it is still just a rumor at this time) of Marvel potentially casting people of color in the roles of both Professor Charles Xavier and Magneto in Marvel Studios' reboot of the X-Men! Then, in reviews, Jon gets metal with Death's Head #1, Tazer finds his way home to loving an oft forgotten superhero team in Alpha Flight: True North #1, and Bry-Bry catches the Warriors up on the cataclysmic developments in Powers of X #4 and House of X #5!
