    stop hiding yourself

This episode is for you if you feel like you’ve been holding yourself back, not wanting to look too crazy. If you’ve been hiding your bad angles, trying to be perfect, or even perfectly “authentic.” What if what you actually need is to embrace the weird, unpolished, wild, extreme parts of you? What if you could stop hiding yourself?  And what if doing just that could help others do the same? It might be exactly what leads you into the big, meaningful work you’ve been dreaming of, or into your next creative project. It might just help you remember your power. The world needs you to show up as you are: not despite the parts of yourself that you try to hide, but because of them. “The unique voice is the one that gets made fun of, but it's the one you recognize without even hearing their name…” Patreon: Leadership and Yoga CLUB. let go of regret & self doubt

This is for you if you, too, are no stranger to feeling regret. To always feeling like you could have done something better, to regretting not speaking up, or regretting not going for it. To holding yourself hostage for what you do regret saying or doing without being able to stop the mental chatter long enough to find self-compassion.  Today I take you through 2 types of regret and a story about why the fear of regret sabotages our success. Then I give you 3 antidotes for regret that will help you overcome your feelings of regret, along with your feelings of lack and indecision that are rooted in a FEAR of regret.  The truth is that the hard decisions that we might regret either way, the moments we might regret, make the absolute best stories of our lives. So it’s time to take back our power, and not let regret rule our life… whether that’s past regret, or fear of future regret.  Key words: overcoming regret, 3 antidotes for regret, feeling regret, how to overcome regret, dealing with regret, let go of regret, fear of regret, regret and perfectionism, self compassion, how to stop regretting the past, overcoming self doubt, mindset shifts, decisiveness, how to be decisive, fear of making mistakes, taking positive risks, personal growth, emotional healing, self grace. Maybe you've already fallen in love with the practice, or maybe you're wondering what it’s all about. In this episode we dive into what I've come to understand about the world of Rocket: the history, the sequence, the community, and lessons from my own teachers.  In the words of Larry Schultz (founder of the Rocket practice): "Rocket is designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice." create the life you want by talking to your past self

This is an immersive special, poetic musical storytelling of how talking to your past self changes your life. This is about how to remember hope in moments of darkness, and one day realizing your dreams came true. This is the first time I put visuals with my podcast, to help you feel the message even more, so let me know what you think. A little gritty, very deep, and hopefully incredibly inspiring for you to remember your power. You can watch or listen to it almost like a guided meditation. I hope it inspires you to write and also send love to your past self.  You are the inspiration you have been looking for.  Everything I’ve learned from Richard Rudd of the Gene Keys, Frederick Dodson of Levels of Energy and Parallel Universes of Self, and even some Dr. Joe Dispenza organized itself in my head in a new way for this one… It includes footage of my yoga practice, which has played a key part in helping me understand how to live the life I want.  Key words: guided meditation, poetic, deep, meaning of life, gene keys, richard rudd, joe dispenza, frederick dodson, parallel universes of self, spiritual Patreon: Leadership and Yoga CLUB.
