It’s good to talk

Really enjoy the format of a chat but one that covers some serious issues. I think it’s good to talk about mental health issues - we can feel alone in our stress and it’s helpful to know that it’s ok to talk about it. It’s interesting to hear what fills up other people’s buckets and how they cope when the bucket is filling up. What strikes a chord with me is that we are all different and we use different coping mechanisms.....but we all need to find out what works for us. I look forward to hearing from more people over the next few episodes. Thank you, Rebekah and Sarah, for doing this podcast.
