I love this podcast it’s great to listen to the presenters are amazing. I’m someone who really doesn’t like the ‘negative mental health talk’ that a lot of people think is acceptable and I really love how open the presenters are. I love how talking about things from periods to mental health issues the presenters talk as if it’s completely normal. I think it’s very inspiring. Thank you - this has also helped me loads - great podcast. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Thankyou for making an episode about eating disorders. Victoria’s experience of being told she wasn’t thin enough is so common. If not by GPs by eating disorder services as they don’t take people unless they are close to death. I feel like this episode really ignored this. Unless you have money for treatment like Victoria you’re often left for years for your illness and only then treated for the physical aspects anyway. It’s really invalidating for all those who are struggling completely alone despite fighting for help. The beat email is also useless. They just tell you to try harder to access help from your GP and to tell your GP that you should be taken seriously.

My favourite podcast to listen to - it has such a fun and casual tone and I know each time I put on an episode I know I’ll learn something or get some kind of personal insight. As a teenage girl I relate so much to the topics discussed and I love how Katie and Rahda aren’t afraid to get into the juicy stuff. The open, accepting and willing to learn atmosphere is SO refreshing. Katie leads the podcast brilliantly and Rahda’s insights are always really interesting. The variety of guests bring loads of wisdom and surprises to the table too. There has yet to be an episode I haven’t enjoyed!

This is the only podcast that I love xx
