Man Cave episode
Great pod. I love the grandfather comment!

This show is fantastic. Compared to the bbc’s all in the mind, the show tends to focus on one topic and explores this in some detail. As a mental health practitioner, it has become part of my continuing professional development that I can listen to while I am driving to work. I have recommended some episodes in training I deliver. It is wonderful, as with other podcasts to have time to listen and think. I have also recommended some episodes to the folks I try to help in my job.
Thanks for a great show.
