    The Cole Family

    We all know i LOVE a TikTok so when I had the opportunity to have the Tik Tok Phenomens 'The Coles' I could not say no!  The Cole family started their tik tok in 2020 during the pandemic and I remember watching their tik toks for comfort when Alex was away and I had newborn Elsie!  They are exactly like their videos and so down to earth regular people. Their story is heartwarming and definitely will make you smile!

    I have the great pleasure of welcoming Miss Kelly Bond onto the podcast this week. Kelly & I have always spoken for years and we properly first met when she saved us at our Baby Shower and performed an incredible set. Not only is she very talented at singing and acting she is also a huge advocate for Women Empowerment & currently has a role at the Award Winning Elle Sera which is a female health supplement, with the opening discussion about Womens health, energy, age, confidence and sex. She talks about her new found love with her boyfriend but everything about this chat is just incredible, i left it crying because honestly life is what you make it.
