    Back in 2021, this episode was a big hit. I remember when I was writing this episode outline...you know, with my BRAIN, not ChatGPT... I was stoked to have the opportunity to flex my extensive armchair knowledge of cults.  My talking points from this episode found their way into the social media posts, “educational materials,” and “curriculums” of many would-be mediums and spiritual content creators. While I’m thrilled the message was widely heard, it bums me out to see that even years later, it still hasn’t been implemented.  Stop trying to make spirituality your entire personality. Stop trying to erase what makes you YOURSELF. Spirituality is the decision-making matrix that helps you make choices and hit your marks. It’s not an instructional manual to be followed to the letter. It should never be the framework to initiate a hierarchy.
