This is a priceless record of a critically important period in Anglo Irish relations. I am an Irish man who has lived in England from 1968. Currently on a Summer School history course in Marlborough Wiltshire. I am gobsmacked at the ignorance demonstrated by intelligent English people about the history of A/Ireland relations. I will be recommending this series tomorrow! Thanks a lot.
Informative and thought provoking

I was a teenager in England during the 90’s but spent 97-98 in the US where I was not exposed to news coverage of the peace process in much detail. This podcast series was enlightening and expanded my knowledge of the process behind the talks. It also encouraged me to talk about the troubles and the Good Friday Agreement with my own children, in a way I had not before. An important listen for any generation. The best podcast series I have listened to for a long time and a fantastic resource that I hope will be used for years to come.
An excellent listen

I was 21 when the GFA was signed. Born in Belfast, I grew up in Dublin and was lucky to return to Belfast to work over the years. I can’t imagine what our small island would be like, had the troubles continued. This is an excellent account of the process and all those who contributed to bring peace.
Fantastic

Bertie Ahern has produced one of the great history podcasts around that will be an amazing resource for anyone wanting to hear about the Good Friday Agreement. First hand accounts of what happened behind the scenes.
