She graduated as a CNP (Certified Nutritional Practitioner) in 2015 from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and has additionally completed certification in Live Blood Cell Microscopy. Paula has two kids at home and understands the challenges of feeding everyone healthy food when life is busy! Paula has a kind, realistic, and down-to-earth approach to nutritional consulting, but she is also willing to provide some serious accountability when needed.
