I like Steve. He’s a genial guy with a pleasant voice. What I’d really like to hear from him is something a bit different. Maybe reviews of classical music CDs? Or advice on walking routes in the Ardennes? Can’t help thinking he’s missed his calling. He’s good at remembering the names of lesser-known congresspersons but his sense of the bigger picture is a bit off. Also he MUST secretly want to tear a few strips off some of his slightly dim-witted guests but he can’t cos he needs them to make up numbers on his side…
