    These are two things I don’t like hearing people say… Lets start with “I wish”…
    Examples of how this is used is “I wish I had that body”, “I wish I could get that car” or “I wish I had that much time”… and That person is just "lucky"...
    We are all in control of OUR SELVES so rather than wish for it, we should work harder and/or smarter for it…

    Work for your....NETFLIX.. Huh?...
    - I relate a lot of my day to day work to my training. - Often when training or running a EMOM (every minute on the minute) I yell “work for your rest”.
    - As with an EMOM you have to get X amount of reps completed within the minute and the faster you get it done the more rest you get before the minute ticks over and you rip back in.
    - I Literally did an EMOM this morning and I find that it's not only efficient but it always seems to get me working to my maximum ability.
    - And I apply the same format to my day to day life..

    Jump on any Reborn Zoom classes and I guarantee there will be a mum training there, and being an inspiration in some shape or form. Any parent out there knows how hard it is having the kids locked up at home for even a couple of hours in a day. Let alone our current situation, where all kids are locked in for the majority of the day, save for maybe a walk or bike ride for an hour. Most of our mums are dealing with the pressures of running the house, cooking, never ending cleaning and dealing with the stress of their partners situation at work PLUS most of them also have their own work to get done as well.     What I have noticed in the past 3 weeks of shut down is there seems to be 2 kinds of people. There are the people who are falling victim to the covid19 situation and there is people who are finding solutions and making the best out of a bad situation Now first of all I know how how serious this situation is and understand the effects it has had on everyone but this blog is about focusing on the solution not the problem. And to also switch attention PURELY to the things that WE CAN CONTROL.
