I've been listening to "Behind the Wheel" with the hope of gaining insights and valuable information for drivers in the industry. Unfortunately, this podcast falls flat. It often feels like a basic training session for Uber drivers rather than a meaningful exploration of driving-related topics. The questions featured don't seem to reflect real concerns from drivers, and as a result, it misses addressing the true issues faced by those behind the wheel. Overall, a lot of content leads to disappointment rather than delivering any substantial value to the community.

I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast although I find it a bit short. Really hope there will be a lot more episodes. Keep up with the good work.

If you ever wanted a real answer, don’t come to this show. Why do Uber insist on having people rate each other? It’s dehumanising. People give you poor ratings on a whim, which effects your confidence and work going forward. You can lose so much based on a whim. If the customer or driver doesn’t want the other again, all you need is an option to say “not again!” Remove ratings. Transparency? You were transparent before!! Now you’re not!! All this rubbish about “we’re doing this, we’re doing that” you change things and make it worse and then give the tiniest thing back and say “See, look! We’re changing!” And Tabriz the yes man with no follow up questions or any actual thought of his own just says well done and moves on. I’m very happy to be interviewed. I have many questions for you. The lack of support for the very people that supply your business is amazing. Whenever I remove bad customers from my car, they inevitably complain, guess what Uber do? Guess who’s ratings get effected? Certainly not the customer!! Thank Uber for never supporting your drivers. It’s great working for Uber until reality strikes. Customers sometimes pay double what I receive as a driver. Uber pay nothing towards my license, my car etc. Like I said, don’t interview your yes man for the role. Get real drivers who have real grievances on and answer their damn questions.
