Wonderful podcast

This is a compassionate and insightful podcast for those living with bpd and for friends and family who want to understand their experience better.
The host, Aline, offers a welcoming, open and honest space to look at the kinds of situations those of us with this diagnosis might find ourselves in. They also use examples from their own life which I find useful to relate to. It stands out in what is really a lack of positive attention towards bpd and instead provides practical tips on how to navigate the world, often drawing on techniques from dialectical behaviour therapy. I definitely recommend checking it out. Looking forward to hopefully more eps to come!

Warm, wise - a real gem

I love this podcast. It’s well-thought out, and packed full of useful tips and nuanced ideas. Pragmatic yet positive. Host is clearly extremely intelligent and empathetic.

Thanks for honestly sharing your experiences. My friend has BPD and this podcast is really helpful for me in understanding something of how she feels. Hopefully she’ll listen too and get something from it. Really appreciate your time working on this.
