We need more podcasts like this!

I was lucky enough to be a guest on the show recently, and looking back I think what I love the most about this podcast is that Rebecca doesn't just stick to the 'expected' topics, she really branches out and let's the conversation flow to places that others might not think to explore. She's super friendly, super informed and is really trying to change the health and nutrition game. Her passion is inspiring and I feel honoured that she shared it with me.
