    On this episode Tim and Matt are joined by Luke Mitchell. Luke is a personal trainer (PT) who runs a program called Built to Inspire which is aimed at parents who struggle to find time and motivation. Luke has designed a program which takes everything into consideration so his clients can find the best version of theirselves. Luke also goes into some of his own troubles in the past and the reasons for designing the program.     Bottled Up Blokes! Opened Up Episode 14 Danny McNamara Embrace

    This episode Ben and Tim are joined by Danny McNamara, the lead singer from the band Embrace.  Danny tells us about this battle as a 19 year old with what turned out to be Pure 'O' OCD in the late 80s/early 90s when there was little knowledge about mental health. He tells us about how he suffered numerous panic attacks each day and the fear that he was a serial killer, which lead to him seeing a Psychiatrist. He speaks about his journey and the importance of opening up and speaking to someone. Embrace are an English rock band who have released 8 studio albums, 3 of those reaching the top of the chart.     Bottled Up Blokes! Opened Up Episode 13 Matt Harwood

    Ben is flying solo on this episode but is joined by Bottled Up Blokes member Matt Harwood! Matt shares his story which involves dealing with and helping his wife through her mental health struggles. He also discusses his love for music and how much of an influence it has on his life and moods, included a great story about Frank Carter. Matt opens up about his own challenge with depression which began during covid and peaked with him being in a dark place and having suicidal thoughts. He shares with Ben how he came to find out about Bottled Up Blokes, the reasons he first came to a Thursday night group sessions, the benefits he's felt from attending and the reason he keeps coming back.
