Joining Charlie for a brew on Episode 5 are Rob Shotton, Mark Shotton and Dave Nicoll, the founders of mental health charity Looseheadz. Charlie and the lads have a hugely important discussion around the serious issues mental health can cause and advice for how you can help look after yours. The lads also have a good laugh playing team mates and picking their very own ‘Looseheadz XV’.

International footballer Erin Cuthbert and international rugby player Rosie Galligan join Charlie for a brew this week. They chat all things women’s sports, overcoming injury and illness, and striking the right balance when it comes on and off-field performance.’

Professional wrestling journalists, Jack King and Sam Driver from Cultaholic join Charlie for a brew this week. The lads discuss online trolls, dealing with a sudden rise to fame, their favourite wrestling matches ever and share some of their craziest stories from the insane world that is professional wrestling!

Joining Charlie for a brew this week are his former teammates, England flanker and Northampton Saints captain Lewis Ludlam and Northampton Saint Harry Mallinder.
