Brims Yoga

This is your exclusive audio yoga class without visual distraction. This yoga class is special because it encourages you to step away from the screen and allows you to purely focus on your body and your breath without worrying how your posture looks like in the mirror or on the screen. Plus I think we can all do with a little less screen time. It's the perfect class for everyone who is looking for a quick yoga class with a very relaxing Savasana at the end of each class.
