Joanne is a accountant, entrepreneur, property developer and multiple business owner. Joanne's accountancy firm started in Joanne's car. Where she would drive from client to client collecting receipts. Now Bells Accountants is a team of over 30 people and upwards of £2 million in turnover.

Buying other accountancy firms was a key route to growth. In this episode Joanne speaks at length about how she bought her first business and the importance of financial literacy.
