Thanks Simon for making me think about how I can challenge myself out of my comfort zone. I realise I have been wasting time trying to build confidence by remaining in a rut, whereas I should be doing what you advise. It cemented for me how I should take action now to progress in my career.

I have been really inspired by this podcast which is an eyeopener to how stepping out of your comfort zone will lead to a more successful career and ultimately build that confidence that so many of us seek in the job market. As a recent graduate I am currently in the process of finding the perfect job for me to start a successful career and along with Simons first book 'Super Secrets of a Successful Jobseeker,' I have found this podcast accompanies his advise well in that being personable and confident in interviews is a far better than being static and rehearsed. This podcast gives great tips and advice in a chatty and engaging manner which I will certainly take on board to future interviews by stepping out of my comfort zone, thinking outside the box and really enjoying the interview process as a 'meeting' where I can confidently discuss my skills and attributes as apposed to a one-sided grilling by an interviewer which so many of us prepare for! As Simon reiterates - we are all human! Looking forward to hearing some more podcasts Simon, great work!
