    Worst Family Cult Killings EVER

    Some families pray together. Others fall so deep into belief that they never come back out. In this episode of Chill Seeker, we’re stepping inside three of the most disturbing real-life cases of family cult hysteria ever recorded. These aren’t movie plots or urban legends. They’re true stories of ordinary homes turning into closed-off worlds where faith, fear, and paranoia swallowed entire families whole. First, we revisit the real case behind the Taiwanese horror film Incantation, the Wu family exorcism; a month-long ritual that spiraled into starvation, hallucinations, and a death the family believed was “the demon leaving.” Then we move to Utah, where the Lafferty brothers claimed God Himself ordered them to “remove” their sister-in-law and her baby. The violence that followed shook the entire LDS community and exposed how quickly prophetic certainty can turn into something lethal. Finally, we travel to Delhi to unravel the shocking Burari deaths: eleven family members found hanging in perfect symmetry, blindfolded and bound, following instructions they believed were delivered by a dead patriarch. One of the most chilling mass ritual deaths in modern history. Different countries. Different religions. The same terrifying pattern: belief turning inward until it eats a family alive.     On October 1, 2017, what should’ve been a night of country music at the Route 91 Harvest Festival became the deadliest mass shooting by a lone gunman in U.S. history. In this episode, my co-host Kacie tells her true, first-person survivor story from the front of the stage: the panic, the stampede, the strangers who helped, and the split-second choices that saved her life. We also talk PTSD, survivor’s guilt, and what it really felt like on the ground when gunfire erupted from Mandalay Bay during Jason Aldean’s set.
