He joins me to talk ‘Self reflection as a coach’. “Have you got 10 years experience or done the same thing 10 years in a row = 1 Year” Why it’s important, how to do it, when to do it. We also delve into his coaching philosophies & beliefs, how he’s always reflected as a coach but doing too much of it can be wrong. We discuss how some managers like Jose Mourinho maybe don’t self evaluate & reflect. Your coaching staff & people surrounding you, growing a’ open relationship. Simplicity in the session design can help coaches relax and focus Too often coaches try to cram 4 weeks worth into 1 session. Loads more hot questions I put to rob and he had all the answers.
