    Today we're talking about ambition. A really important, and often sticky, topic when it comes to burnout recovery and moving out of the cycle of burnout. Inspired by what Jamie Varon writes in her book about no longer allowing her ambition to be bigger than her wellbeing, we're talking about letting go of ambitions when they're harmful to your wellbeing. It's a bit of a different way to look at ambition, and hopefully it's an inspiring one.

    I felt like a permanent failure until I realised this

    In this solo episode Ellen shares a recent learning she had about following a path that wasn't hers. She shares how, when we let go of the achievements we're measuring ourselves against and embrace our own paths,  the weight of perceived failure can fall away.
