Hi, we're Danny and Will. Between us, we have a wide range of lived experience with both mental and physical health conditions. They're meant to be there to protect us, but like Dobby in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Danny's brain and Will's immune system are doing so much, it's almost killing us. Join us as we unpack our brains and tell stories of how we live our lives with disabling conditions and how there is always light at the end of the tunnel, no matter how dark and long it may seem.     Welcome to episode one* of Crippled with Anxiety, a new podcast all about mental and physical health and how even the littlest things can impact us in the biggest ways. Danny is only a DR by initials, but has all but completed the alphabet in disorders. GAD, OCD, MDD, soon-to-be-confirmed ADHD and very recently IBS (go figure) are all attributed to @DisorderedDanny. Will may struggle when it comes to climbs, but on his journey he's overcome more obstacles than most face in a lifetime. See the world through the eyes of a wheelchair user as @thisrollinglife1 - because the first account was taken - talks about living in a world 'not built for you'. If you have questions, feel like you're going, or have gone, through something similar, or just want to have a wheely crazy time (sorry), we'd love to hear from you @CrippledWithAnxiety *Forgive any sound quality issues, we're new to this and will improve as we go - if we're still having issues in future episodes, blame Danny.
