    She Chose an Apprenticeship. Now She’s a Marketing Manager at 24: Imani’s Success Story

    In this episode, I’m joined by Imani Brown, a Brand Marketing Manager who chose an apprenticeship at 18 instead of going to university. From ballet and contemporary dance to an apprenticeship and marketing role, Imani’s journey definitely wasn’t a straight line.     Why I Started This Podcast (And The Degree I Never Finished...)

    In this solo episode of Ctrl Click Career, I share the story behind the podcast: why I started it, why it sat in my notes app for five years, and why I believe young people deserve more honest conversations about careers.   I open up about my own journey for the first time.
