DC Noise

Marvel Noise is one of the most comprehensive podcasts out there if you like to know such informative gems as 'how far it is from Darrell's house to his nearest cinema', and how many buses/taxi's to take (1 taxi I imagine!)... or how long it would take to walk 6 miles (12 hours roughly, according to the crawling pace of their drunken schizophrenic 'would be' host Keith). You can find out how much one man can eat in a day, which beers to buy, and also the best way not to sell things on Ebay, all whilst farting, burping and constantly chaging the subject. It's an amazing show, full of lighthearted banter and genuine comic book appreciation from true fans of the medium (even if one of them is a disgruntled whoopee cushion). Mike, Darrel and Keith will keep you entertained for hours and hours... and then they might even mention a DC comic book, but at least you will pick up some useful catchphrases along the way, and even know which documentaries to avoid on the latest streaming applications. They regularly bring on great guests such as Jamal Igle, Robert 'Barrel Chest' Atkins, Brown Arrow and the mysterious in house train. Choo Chooooo. Excellent Podcast. Highly informative, bringing all the breaking news from the DC Universe. In depth analysis of all your favourite characters. The twists and turns of complex story arcs unravelled and the seventh level of Hell known as the 'Crossover' (see Blackest Night/Brightest Day) navigated with all the ease of seasoned veterans. The whole package delivered professionally, concise and clearly with a no nonsense approach to the subject matter in hand. Do yourself a favour, put some lotion on the body, loosen your pyjama jeans and listen to the experts. Prepare to be enlightened. Thorthumb.

All aboard! Mike, Darrel and Keith are three good friends who get together on a regular basis to discuss what's going on in the dc comics world. They usually pick a few current dc comics to review and share their thoughts and opinions on the story, art, and characters. All three of the hosts are passionate about comics and their enthusiasm really shines through in their conversations. Although dc comics are the order of the day, it's not unusual for the trio to discuss other non dc comics which they like or what's happening in the comic world, comic cons, movies etc. DC Noise is always tons of fun and sometimes even hilarious, their laid back approach is often complimented by their sharp obsevations, their knowledge of comics is incredible and will often lead to you going out searching for comic issues. If you're into comics I strongly recommend that you give dc noise a try, you'll be hooked! Thanks guys!

Mike and Keith put on a awesome show. They know alot about comics and keep me informed about whats going on in other dc comics that i don't read. Which is awesome. And they are mega funny.
