Great awakening
Reggie is a great teacher, his teaching is profound and illuminating. I feel connected with his teaching and approach to meditation and to our worldly experience. So powerful, so empowering is this tradition of spiritual journey. It embraces and respects our human condition marked by chaotic experiences. I also listen to him when I can’t sleep, so soothing and grounding.
Excellent
Excellent podcast contains many years of wisdom brought right up to date. Digestible and enjoyable
Incredible, enlightening, illuminating
I’m not Buddhist. I came across Reggie Ray through sounds true - and I regularly listen to the audiobook ‘your breathing body’ The audiobook and these podcast sessions are so profound and illuminating I can’t stop listening. I would recommend to anyone who is searching for the truth, is spiritually inclined who is curious in any way about the human condition. I’m very grateful that these talks are made accessible in the way that they are.
