Doing A Twenty

I was sentenced to twenty years in prison for Armed Robbery. This is not about glorifying crime or myself. This is not Ballads from Reading Gaol. This is not another ex-con trying to be a celebrity. It is about stress management; about suppressed anger in oppressive surroundings; bad dreams and nightmare realities. It is about prison with all its excitement and all its tedium; all its fun times and plenty of the sad times. This diary shows how I got through that sentence.
