This is part two of my discussion with Matthew Bertulli, co-founder and CEO of Pela, a company that produces eco-friendly products such as the Lomi food disposal device and the PelaCase phone case. In this episode, we are diving into all things business moats—including what they are—and talking about what makes a business really and truly defensible.

We also get into some of the nitty-gritty of branding and marketing and discuss not only what the competitive advantage for brands will be in the near future, but also why word-of-mouth can be such a powerful tool for any business.
