He chose to combine chemotherapy with a complete lifestyle shift, bringing in breathwork, the Wim Hof method, meditation, running, and a plant-based diet. His cancer was so advanced that surgery wasn’t possible, but his commitment to his family and his own healing carried him through. Six years on from his diagnosis and four years cancer free, Marcos shares the mindset, practices, and choices that helped him find his way back to life.
