Energy Lab

roslynv

Energy Lab is a wellness and longevity podcast for people who sense the body is more sophisticated than the mainstream has admitted. Hosted by Roslyn Sullivan — entrepreneur, founder, and someone who has spent over 15 years building wellness businesses from the ground up — the show is built on a single premise: human energy is not one thing. It is physical (cellular, mitochondrial, biochemical), mental (cognitive resilience, the architecture of thought), spiritual (the coherence between who you are and how you live), and intuitive (the intelligence that operates beneath language and logic). Most conversations in health and wellness pick one lane. Energy Lab refuses to. Each episode, Roslyn is joined by researchers, founders, and the thinkers actively rewriting the rules of human performance, longevity, and consciousness — from cellular science and biohacking to sound healing, gut health, and the questions most people aren't asking yet. People who aren't waiting for consensus. People building what comes next. Energy Lab is also the home of the Energy Lab supplement line — precision-formulated, liposomal, built on clinical dosing rather than marketing logic. Because the science should be as serious as the conversation. The body knows more than you think. This is where you start listening. New episodes monthly. Available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and YouTube.

Energy Lab Episode 7 with Mr Majestic Mindset "Consciousness, Simulation & Reality"

Pav grew up Hindu in an immigrant household, spent his teens quietly demonising the traditions he was raised in, then built a whole career out of helping other people find their purpose , right up until his own life got its rug pulled out. Grief, no income, no idea who he was anymore. And then, somewhere in the wreckage, he turned all the wisdom he'd been handing out to everyone else inward , and something changed.   Known online as Mr. Majestic Mindset, Pav is one of the rare ones who refuses to pick a side. He won't do pure mysticism and he won't do pure hard science ; he sits in the overlap and builds a bridge. In this one we go deep on consciousness, reality, karma, and what it actually means to be here, awake, right now. It's less "love and light" and more "get it out of your head and go build the thing." Have a listen.   Chapters: 0:00 Intro & welcome Pav 0:09 Consciousness & existence — refusing to pick a side 0:41 How I found you: the reel & shooting my shot 2:15 Pav the manager vs Mr. M the performer 5:57 Science catching up with spirituality 7:46 Ancient civilisations & healing systems 8:42 Energy regulation & the overstimulated mind 9:50 What got him here — grandmother, cancer & grief 12:00 Redundancy & the rug pulled out 12:42 Turning it inwards & finding faith again 14:41 Saturn return 16:34 How the supplements started (a problem to fix for Dad) 18:08 Building on failure & entrepreneurial spirit 18:59 Being a fixer, resourcefulness & accountability 20:06 Leaving things nicer & the question of karma 21:05 Teachings with the Dalai Lama in Nottingham 22:13 Pav's take on karma & the "karmic lottery" 24:07 Reptilian, mammalian & divine consciousness 26:34 Brian Cox — "what more do you want?" 27:47 Ancient Greece, Elon Musk & the missing empathy 29:40 "Wake up" reels & holding up a mirror 31:11 Following too many people & losing your own voice 32:48 The wellness clinic & people who won't change 34:43 Do the uncomfortable thing (coding till 4:30am) 36:19 Solutionist mindset, music & affirmations 37:23 You're not trapped 40:28 Bhagavan & the five elements 44:00 As above, so below — DNA, the cosmos & "you are God" 45:58 Fibre-optic scribbles through creation 46:44 Entropy & the recurring universe 47:21 The Vedic calendar & Brahma's day 48:24 The four ages & their epics 50:23 75% darkness, 25% light & the Pareto principle 51:39 Misery on the tube & the nervous-system handcuffs 52:52 Contributing to the problem while delivering the solution 55:22 Creating vs consuming 56:05 Simulation theory — the duct tape story 1:00:00 Spiral geometry, nadis & the cosmos 1:00:33 Brian Cox's lecture — everything is spheres 1:01:59 Flower of life & torus fields 1:02:21 The universe inside every cell 1:03:16 Doshas & tools for self-discovery 1:04:22 Closing — comfort zones & why he said yes   FIND PAV Instagram:   / majestic_mindsets   Website / resources & guides: https://majesticmindsets.com Pav's awesome playlist: Pav's Spotify Playlist CONNECT WITH ENERGY LAB Instagram:   / iamenergylab   Spotify & Apple Podcasts: https://linktr.ee/iamenergylab   If it resonated, a simple like, a subscription or sharing would mean a lot to me. Energy Lab Ep 6 with Sara Shah, Tech Wellness Entrepreneur & writer: Learning Your Body's Yes and No

Sara Shah grew up in a family of doctors. Her mother is a paediatrician, her father is an cardiologist specialising in electrophysiology. When she got sick they got her in front of the best specialists money could find. Six weeks later she walked away from all of it, and went back to the values she believed in. She moved through three years completely housebound due to numerous diagnoses from Lyme to Long Covid to multiple cancer scares. This one is personal for me, Sara is a dear friend. We met years ago when she wandered into my wellness clinic in Kensington, and we've been talking about this stuff ever since. In this episode she takes me through what she found on the way back from chronic illness: why a diagnosis isn't a life sentence, what Western medicine is brilliant at and where it gets it completely wrong, and how she learned to trust her own body again after years of being told otherwise. We get into a lot. Her app Caya and why she's building "gentle tech" instead of another app that tells you you failed at sleep. Where the wellness industry is performative. Generational trauma and the actual epigenetics under the buzzword. Hormones, cycles, and why women were never built to run on a man's schedule. Even ancient stone circles in the English countryside and bee priestesses in ancient Crete. A few things we cover: Diagnosis vs healing and the exact point where the two split Why treating a symptom and treating a whole person aren't the same job The "gentle tech" idea, and pushing back on optimisation culture in tech and beyond What your wearable can't tell you How your cycle changes your energy and your creativity The one small yet deeply powerful practice she leaves us with, learning your body's yes and your body's no. It's less "how to biohack yourself" and more "how to actually come back to yourself" Have a listen. Chapters: 0:00 Intro & welcome Sara 1:19 How we met (Anamaya clinic) 2:39 Growing up in a family of doctors 3:18 Falling through the cracks of Western medicine 5:23 Unusual modalities: magnets & Lyme disease 7:05 Treating the whole body, not the symptom 7:55 Not becoming your diagnosis 10:45 The two cancer diagnoses 11:57 Diagnosis vs healing 13:07 Presence & listening to yourself 15:40 Why we're taught to distract 16:17 Generational & ancestral trauma 18:39 The overstimulated nervous system 21:15 Cancers of the soul 24:01 Where the term "generational trauma" came from 25:39 The witch wound & women as healers 27:15 The female body, birth control & Mother Yin 28:09 Hormones & the female cycle (the book "Moody") 31:38 Progesterone, creativity & the male schedule 32:38 Maiden, mother, crone 34:32 What changed in how she sees healing 36:39 Feeling heard & the "frequency of healing" 38:08 When wellness became performative 39:30 Wearables: the good and the cost 41:10 Red light, HBOT & what works for your body 43:00 Anti-optimisation 44:07 Caya & gentle tech 45:56 A feminine version of tech 47:58 Caya's launch 49:21 How do you heal generational trauma? 52:50 QNRT & Dr Nancy Miller in Dallas 54:37 Leaving London for the countryside 55:57 Druids & stone circles 57:47 Crete, bee priestesses & pilgrimage 1:00:01 Minoan Crete & psychotropic honey 1:03:01 Everything is a pilgrimage 1:04:07 Pushing yourself vs meeting yourself where you are 1:06:27 Pushing as escape & survival response 1:07:27 Learning your body's yes and no 1:09:13 Closing   FIND SARA Caya app: to be out soon @cayacares Substack — Frequency of Healing: https://frequencyofhealing.substack.com CONNECT WITH ENERGY LAB Instagram:   / iamenergylab   Spotify & Apple Podcasts: https://linktr.ee/iamenergylab If it resonated, a simple like, a subscription or sharing would mean a lot to me .    Thank you and all good energy to you! #Wellness #Healing #ChronicIllness #GentleTech #NervousSystem #AncestralTrauma #Epigenetics #WomensHealth #Mindfulness #HolisticHealth #AntiOptimization #Burnout #Pilgrimage #EnergyLab #Podcast #SaraShah #cayacares #FrequencyOfHealing #Longcovid #Lymedisease #alternativehealing #priestess #sorceress #goddess #cayacares #nervoussystemregulation #ancestralhealing #meditation #druids #london

Energy Lab, Episode 5 with Kim Brahimi "The Next Human Era has Begun: AI Agents, Humanoids & What Comes Next""?

The Next Human Era has already begun. AI agents are learning to work while you sleep, to spend money on your behalf and soon, to negotiate with other agents using wallets of their own. Humanoids are months, not decades, away from your living room. And the question nobody's ready for isn't "will AI take my job?" — it's "what did we just create?" In this second deep-dive on Energy Lab, I sit down with Kim Brahimi — author of "NOT DONE " and the tech founder building OdysseyH — for a conversation that starts with AI agents and ends somewhere far stranger: a new species, the meaning of being human, and why the age of AI might force us to become more human, not less. We push further ; into the almost metaphysical questions raised by a civilizational shift that promises everything to those bold enough to envision what we're truly capable of. What you'll walk away understanding: Why an AI agent is NOT ChatGPT — and why that difference changes everything The coming agent economy: agents with wallets, agents hiring agents, money you never touch "If they can't see you, you don't exist" — why your business is invisible to AI right now Why your next big purchase might be a humanoid instead of a car Intelligence is becoming electricity — you'll pay for it by the watt Do Musk, Altman and Huang deserve their power? Kim's answer will divide the room The one skill that makes you irreplaceable when machines outthink us The uncomfortable truth: AI isn't coming for your job — someone using AI is And the question Plato would be asking if he were alive today This isn't about being ready. Nobody is. It's about deciding which side of the shift you want to be on.
