A Great Evidence Based Podcast

I’ve followed @esgfitness for a good few years now and this Podcast is my all time favourite of many I also love EC Method which is run by Emma & Chloe Madley. I’ve learned so much from listening to ESG Fitness and I do take many notes to help me get educated in my own health & fitness. I’ve not yet joined up to one of the programmes but hope to one day get on board for a Commit 2 6 session. This Podcast really does come highly recommended. All the team within it give great advice, help, support and humour. I absolutely love it 🥰
