After listening to the most recent Gab & Jules episode I felt compelled to leave this review! I love the show but my goodness, Taxi for Don Hutchinson! He is the most irritating person to listen to - the amount that he interrupts the hosts is beyond infuriating! No wonder he had so many football clubs as a professional. Sometimes he has very, very good insights but that gets lost in how he comes across! He always, always has to know better and that makes for awful listening. Long love Gab & Jules (when they’re not on holiday!)

Love the content however on too many occasions (twice in the last week) the sound only plays out on one side, which makes it unlistenable in the car. Very poor to continue with this basic of tasks

One of the worst podcasts for sport I’ve ever listened to. After Palace beat Liverpool to win their second ever major trophy I expected a balanced review of the match and some insight into the game. The ENTIRE show was just about Liverpool (the team that LOST). Any opportunity to turn it around to talk about how great they are and how great they will be. The presenters were all fading ex-pro’s who wouldn’t ever be able to get a prominent job in the football media in the UK as they’re so flat and self-absorbed. The lead was a giggling mess with no anchor between the ‘pundits’. Palace were mentioned twice throughout the whole thing (nearly an hour long) and one of those was to hear from American player Richards, and the other times were talking about how Eze HAS TO LEAVE AND GO TO A REAL CLUB. Pathetic, sycophantic drivel from an institution that shouldn’t be allowed to have ANY access to UK football at all as they offer zero. Avoid the thing like the plague - the Sky Sports or TalkSport podcasts are 100x better. Do NOT waste your time with ESPN drivel as you’ll lose an hour of your life and you’ll not be any the wiser or balanced regarding football.

If you’re a novice, like most American’s are towards football, sorry, soccer, let’s get that correct, hey!? But if you’re a novice you’ll probably think this is the best show for all your football. But there’s a reason why none of these are heard of in England and that’s because they couldn’t make it in England. The standard is so much higher. These lot don’t know their backside from their elbow. It’s like driving a Ford Fiesta and thinking it’s the bees knees; except we’re all driving Ferrari’s over in England when it comes to analysis on SOCCER. The level is what a child would produce. You want to be the best? Start by listening to the best not this rubbish.
