    In this episode I am navigating through some judgments of others and processing the wounds that were being pressed from certain comments made recently about trying to navigate coparenting and how I do things as a mother. Everyone is going to have their own comments about what you do and how you do things. It is YOUR emotional responsibility to take a look at the layers of what is being "triggered" within you and to show yourself love there and to recognize that your feelings need to also be validated as well. Diving more into a relationship with yourself more than anything. Navigating through closure of my old home and my dog. We aren't really upset for the reasons we think we are.

    In this episode I am fired up with the act of wearing pink for the notion of it stopping bullying-- or bringing awareness to bullying. Bullying stems from jealousy, a lack of feeling what it is they are trying to find themselves. We see it in someone else and become "jealous" often leading to bullying and putting people down. Its the power struggle connected to the deep rooted fear that needs to be addressed.
