A relevant podcast for everyone

Really enjoying this podcast series! Definitely recommend it from a perspective of listening to a balanced discussion on mental wellbeing but also how a high performance team operates without compromising the health (mental and physical) of their team members. It is relevant to everyone.

Excellent insight into how world class athletes maintain their own mental health.

Mental health, a huge and relevant topic (our lives are getting more and more stressful) which many people don’t or can’t talk about. Really enjoyed listening to these podcasts; hearing about the stresses and expectations of being world class athletes , the affects on their mental health, and how they deal which such huge pressures.

Great show that gave a different perspective on sport

I’ve really enjoyed listening to these shows. Great to here these athletes opening up about a side of sport that is not discussed enough. Has got me thinking about what sport would be like if it had a less aggressive and confrontational culture!
