    First Hour for Monday's. This is an ancient prayer of the Orthodox Church. This prayer is usually said first thing in the Morning. Usually at 6A or 7A.

    Third Hour for Monday. This prayer can be recited at 9A or combined with the Sixth Hour (12p) before the Typika or Liturgy.

    The Sixth Hour for Monday can be recited at 12P, when Christ was Crucified on the Cross, or combined with the Third Hour before the Typika or Divine Liturgy.

    The Ninth Hour is recited at 3P. This was the time when Christ died on the Cross. He defeated death and rose from the dead. Christ Lives!
