This is an amazing listening experience.

Here are four superb people who will welcome you to their gaming table and have you laughing and smiling at their wonderful humour, erudite wit and brilliant stories. It’s just like having real friends of your own – who don’t raid your fridge or pee on the couch! There is heady mix of nostalgia, geekery and honest charm. You might learn some things about what makes good games, or more importantly, bad games, and all with a genuine optimism and hilarity. Plus it is the only Podcast with a built in gameshow at the end. It has to be heard to be believed. You won’t regret it.

Tales from the other side of board gaming

Flip the Table is a panel board games review show hosted by the talented quartet of Chris Michaud (moderator), Jared Hunnefeld (wrestling expert), Flip Florey (Party Clown) and Chris Barter (Professor Laserbooks). Each week the team explains and reviews a nostalgic / eclectic board game game from the 80s or 90's, pointing out the good and bad parts with much good humour (I find myself laughing out loud listening to it on my headphones out and about to much confusion of passers by!). The team are never afraid to delve into the annals of video board games, day-glow colour schemes, or roll and move (surprise!!!) games. The show culminates in the battle of wits (I like to play along and 'rock the donut!'. In the battle of wits, one presenter sets a series of fiendish questions often in a 'higher/lower' format for the others to answer.

Flip the Table is a great show - one of the best on the dice tower network. I particularly enjoyed the episodes on Hearthrob, and the Star Trek Interactive Board Game. I would recommend the show to any board gamer with a sense of humour and misty eyes about games they have played.

BANCE! friends.

Awesome!

Probably my favourite podcast ever.

You don't have to be a board game fan to enjoy this, just a bit of a nerd. I can't get enough.
