HIGHLIGHT OF MY WALKS EVERY WEEK

Sophie and Bari are so great at lifting spirits while educating me on a variety of topics which are super important to have an insight into as a student dietitian. They are engaging and down to earth and always so honest, yet full of optimism... I listen to this podcast every week without fail while walking the dog and I always find myself walking with a smile on my face when I’m listening! The best:) I recommend to any nutrition or dietetics students or anyone interested in health overall. Thanks so much Sophie and Bari for creating such a fab podcast :) xx

Secrets out- I’ve got a friend crush on these 2 ladies! What a wealth of knowledge they are- true science based information. Each episode has tackled great topics & I can’t stop listening! I have learned SO much. Thank goodness they wrote a book & Amazon prime delivered it quickly!
