After his recovery he created FRAHM to make exceptional jackets, but also to talk openly about mental health and how life isn't always awesome, but the little things can be. Nick talks to kind, intelligent, diverse, inspiring people about how their real lives really are. Sometimes it's deadly serious, sometimes silly. It's a good chinwag. It's important to talk openly.     David Flatman, AKA Flats is an ex England, Saracens & Bath rugby player who is now a high profile commentator. He's also one of the most disarmingly humble, funny, saucy, blokey, yet incredibly kind and sweet people you could meet. We love this combination. He is indeed Tough & Beautiful. In this edition, Flats talks amusingly & inspirationally about his dark moments, motorcycling, The Most Amicable Divorce Ever and his beloved disabled brother. I really love the way he writes differently about cycling and beyond.
