32 - Coming Up For Air In Life Transitions w. Blaise Boulton

"How can we build a life that feels good rather than looks good?" Blaise Boulton From studying Psychology to working in the police force, on the front lines of mental health, within the prison system, in the Ministry of Justice and now working as a Career and Life Transition Coach, Blaise is the queen of change and adjustment. In this fascinating discussion, Blaise shares the truth of those in-between periods, how to manage the fear of the uncertainty in those times and little things we can all do to help us navigate change. I love her insight into how we can shift our perspective on the the same piece of information we receive, from what is wrong with me to what is life trying to tell and to show me? We also discuss how important it is to find the pieces of joy in our lives that have nothing to do with our career or work and rediscovering who we are without the labels, the accolades. Blaise shares tips on how to balance the practicalities of life with big leaps into the unknown and how to find the support that we all need. We round off with coming to terms and accepting the constant state of flux that our life is in and to ride the waves of what life is right now, knowing that it will change and shift again. 30 - Pushing The Edges & Turning 30

Welcome back! After a winter of hibernation, growth and shifts, Fully Blooming is back with this solo episode 2 years after the very first one! Watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnSWi7TK5v4 This episode I touch on a multitude of topics including my London > Switzerland process, stepping into even more safety and therefore, being able to push the edges even more, and stepping into your power that tad bit more whilst recognising the old stories you have in place to protect yourself from doing that. It's funny listening back to this as I recorded it on May 19th 2025 and already feel that if I recorded this episode today, it would be completely different. I'm sure if I listened back to the first one 2 years ago, some parts wouldn't resonate anymore. However, that's what's so magic about documenting the moment - we get to witness and celebrate the growth within ourselves and within others. We get to note what our truth was in that moment and honour that. Even, and maybe especially when, it's not our truth anymore. We allow ourselves to take that moment of pause, to reflect and give ourselves a pat on the back, a hug, an acknowledgment of how quickly things are changing now. When things feel stagnant, strained or like time has stopped, we have the guarantee that nothing is. And that usually during these times, the biggest shifts are happening and before we know it we're being propelled into exactly what we asked for. It's in those moments of stillness that that's where the beauty is. That that's what life is really about. The not needing or wanting to be anywhere else but here. Right now. Knowing that nothing is forever, everything is transient and nothing is better or worse than anything else. I love you all and acknowledge exactly where you are right now, where you want to be, and the potential discomfort of the human experience of not being there quite yet. Simply know that you are enough ♥️ Ola xxx ✨ Connect with me: www.olaparkes.com

28 - Visibility & Claiming Your Rightful Space w. Katz Llale

This week I'm joined by the incredible writer, Katz Llale. I came across her writing a couple of months ago and felt so drawn to her work and her message. I'm sure you'll hear how excited I was to have her join me on this episode and how aligned our messaging is. I love this discussion as we share what it means to be visible and how to embrace the excitement that comes with receiving the attention for our gifts and talents. She is a true advocate of sharing your light with the world and embodies everything that I am so passionate about; following your intuition and what brings you joy, and living a life and on a timeline that is true to YOU. I know that you'll enjoy this conversation as much as I did being a part of it. ★ Connect With, & Support, Katz Llale Writer | Blogger | Freelance Copywriter | Curator of Heart Canvas Substack: https://heartcanvas.substack.com/ Buy Me A Coffee (Tipping platform): https://buymeacoffee.com/katzllale Instagram:   / katz_llale   Katz Llale is a South African writer and curator of Heart Canvas, a space where vulnerability and introspection meet a love for psychology and the human experience.
