Emotional Intelligence
I have gone through the school of emotional intelligence, and I am happy to say that I have passed at least one test recently with confidence. Today I use an example from my own life to talk about emotions and how it makes such a difference when we learn to acknowledge our emotions, but do not let them control our lives.

I hope this dream isn’t a wish. Today I discuss an odd dream I had last night, and the lesson I learned from it. I talk about the power of getting curious and asking good questions when a friend is struggling, and not stating your own (negative) opinion as a form of comfort.
