During our conversation she shares many life lessons, including how she’s learned to turn setbacks into comebacks — a theory I absolutely love. Her tenacious spirit has enabled her to make a living from travelling the world way before anyone else was doing it AND she’s refusing to allow print to die, even in a digital age.     ”The way we breathe affects everything” with Nevşah Karamehmet

    This week’s guest is breathwork expert Nevşah Karahmemet — a female founder who’s living life on her own terms, and it’s safe to say, she’s absolutely thriving. Nevşah discovered the power of breathwork in her early 20s and was so blown away by its impact, that she dedicated her life’s work to using it to empower people to follow their true path.  As an international breathwork coach, Nevşah has written 11 books, as well as building multiple global businesses from the ground up including the Nevşah Institute and Breath Hub. She’s also the founding president of the Breath Coaching Federation and vice president of the Graduate School of Behavioural Health Sciences.  Tune in to hear how she transformed her own life by simply understanding her breath, as well as her unique take on perfectionism and manifestation.
