Great topics and conversation

I have just listened to the friendship episode, what an amazing reminder that friendships are an active process and we need to maintain them. As adults we think we know all of this but we forget so easily. Thank you Kat for hosting this episode, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Fabulous podcast

I was only introduced to this podcast a couple of weeks ago and I’ve probably listened to 50 episodes already. Lucy is an incredible host - calm, reassuring, always centres her guests, but contributes really interesting insights along the way. Real variety of guests, all adding something authentic to the discussion. Best podcast I’ve met in a long time.

Andrea’s Episode

It was great to hear a new episode and Andrea spoke so much sense. Looking forward to more episodes.
