We are two curious friends that want to explore what makes us happy. In each episode we will take a topic in alphabetical order and discuss how it relates to, and impacts happiness. We will live the experience of each concept through a dare that we set each other and then talk about how it affected our happiness as well as diving into psychological theories and evidence which supports or contradicts our personal experiences.
