I stumbled across your Instagram a few months ago and then started listening to your podcast. At first I didn't 'connect' with it and left it for a few months. After my eyes opened to the true power of holistic healing recently, I came back to it with a more receptive spirit and realise what a goldmine this is! So far my favourite has been Episode 2 "Understanding Vibration & What Spirit Wants Us To Know", it was funny, eye-opening and i learnt so much! I can't wait to catch up with your current epsiode! I have found my tribe with this podcast because I am informed and empowered to heal. And that's all because you had the courage to start this podcast. God bless you! Please don't ever stop! So excited for this podcast. I’m interested in exploring my higher energetic resonance, to feel better in myself and bring more of myself to my communities. I find myself open to all theories from ancient practices, those backed by science and the connections with earth and nature that might be considered woo woo. Can’t wait to hear these women’s voices and to feel Carol Mae’s HER, which is a force!
