Relatable and realistic

I came across Alessandra’s Instagram feed a few months ago but only started listening to the podcast recently. I really like how authentic and down to earth she is, her content is so relatable and I feel like so much of it is directly applicable to my life/health journey. I’ve listened to a few podcast episodes and so far quite enjoy them. I appreciate that Alessandra and Josh are open about being on a journey themselves and don’t pretend to have all the answers. I’ll definitely keep listening.
